As people who have lived and worked in the Marbella area for many years we know the local economy and especially the property market very well.

Spring is here!

Also back on the cards are romantic strolls and dining alfresco, as the evenings stay warmer and lighter for longer, and we are once again confident enough to plan BBQs and outside events without fear of wet weather. When the sun comes out in Marbella, everyone springs into action preparing for the hot and exciting months ahead, and many of the buildings are given a fresh lick of paint.
