Marbella is to see a new office dealing with foreigners’ affairs open after the summer, according to Euro Weekly News.
The Interior Ministry has signed an agreement to prepare premises and expand upon existing initial plans, which were started six years ago. The office will be located in Edificio España, in the La Patera area of the city. The company involved in building the office don’t expect the work to take longer than four months and the new office should be in operation after the summer season.

Incentives for Non-EU Property Investors in Spain

But the Spanish Government has come up with a plan to not only boost the property market but also encourage investors from countries whose citizens would traditionally have struggled to satisfy the documentary requirements to reside in the country, despite their high credentials and favourable financial situations. It is thought this easing of the process will open a lot of new doors to trade, investment and property purchases.
